Welcome to Sign Right with Maria. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Offered

Sign Right with Maria provides bilingual (English/Spanish) services including:

• Mobile Notary Services 
• Remote Online Notarization (RON) in compliance with Florida law 
• Document Translation 
• Interpreting Services 
• Divorce Document Preparation  
• Wedding Officiant Services 

2. Not Legal Advice

Sign Right with Maria is not a law firm. I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. Any assistance with document preparation is strictly non-legal in nature. For legal guidance, you must consult a licensed attorney.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide valid, government-issued identification 
• Ensure documents are complete and ready prior to appointment 
• Be mentally competent and willing to sign at the time of notarization 
• Understand the contents of all documents before signing 

4. Refusal of Service (Florida Compliance)

In accordance with Florida law, services will be refused if:

• The signer cannot be properly identified 
• The signer appears unwilling, coerced, or not mentally competent 
• The document is incomplete or contains blank spaces 
• The notarial act would violate Florida statutes 

5. Travel, Witness & Appointment Fees (Non-Refundable)

Travel fees, witness fees, and appointment fees are earned upon arrival and are non-refundable, including but not limited to situations where:

• The signer is not present 
• The signer lacks proper identification 
• The signer is not mentally competent at the time of appointment 
• Documents are incomplete, incorrect, or not ready 
• The notarization cannot be completed for any lawful reason 

6. Payment & No Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking or service unless otherwise agreed.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been scheduled or performed.

7. Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Clients must meet all identity verification and technology requirements as mandated by the State of Florida. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund.

8. Accuracy of Information

For translation and document preparation services, clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Sign Right with Maria is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sign Right with Maria shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

• Preparación de documentos de divorcio 
• Oficiante de bodas 

2. No es asesoría legal

Sign Right with Maria no es un bufete de abogados. No soy abogada y no puedo brindar asesoría legal, opiniones legales ni representación. Para asesoría legal, debe consultar con un abogado autorizado.

3. Responsabilidad del cliente

El cliente se compromete a:

• Presentar identificación válida emitida por el gobierno 
• Tener los documentos completos antes de la cita 
• Estar en pleno uso de sus facultades mentales al firmar 
• Entender el contenido de los documentos 

4. Negación de servicio (Cumplimiento con Florida)

El servicio será rechazado si:

• No se puede verificar la identidad del firmante 
• El firmante no está dispuesto o no está en capacidad mental adecuada 
• El documento está incompleto 
• El acto notarial viola las leyes de Florida 

5. Tarifas de viaje, testigos y citas (No reembolsables)

Las tarifas de viaje, testigos y citas se consideran ganadas al momento de llegada y no son reembolsables, incluso si:

• El firmante no está presente 
• No tiene identificación válida 
• No está mentalmente competente 
• Los documentos no están listos o están incompletos 
• No se puede completar el servicio por razones legales 

6. Pagos y política de no reembolso

El pago se requiere al momento del servicio o reserva.
Todas las ventas son finales. No se ofrecen reembolsos.

7. Notarización remota en línea (RON)

El cliente debe cumplir con todos los requisitos tecnológicos y de verificación de identidad según las leyes del estado de Florida. El incumplimiento no da derecho a reembolso.

8. Exactitud de la información

El cliente es responsable de proporcionar información correcta. No nos hacemos responsables por errores derivados de información incorrecta o incompleta.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

Sign Right with Maria no será responsable por daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso de los servicios.

10. Cambios a los términos

Estos términos pueden actualizarse en cualquier momento. El uso continuo del servicio implica aceptación de los cambios.
